PaTS services on modified schedule

Special precautions are in place to minimize community transmission of COVID-19. Please read the COVID-19 sanitation and operating procedures

Front Counter

Customers must book an appointment to receive service. Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. 

Customers must take precautions when visiting the PaTS office. 

Communication Center

The Communication Center will be available at 704-687-0161 on Monday at 5 a.m. through Friday at 10 at p.m.

Parking Enforcement

Full enforcement will begin on Oct. 1, 2020. Visit pats.charlotte.edu/alerts for modifications to regular operations enforcement. 

Niner Transit

Niner Transit will continue to operate on a reduced schedule. Visit the Niner Transit webpage for updates.

Niner Paratransit

Niner Paratransit will operate during the same hours as Niner Transit on weekdays. Service is not available on weekends. Pickups scheduled in advance will receive priority. Visit the Niner Paratransit webpage for more information. 

Gotcha Bikeshare and E-scooters

Available for rental through the Gotcha Mobility app from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Zipcar

Zipcar rentals are available. Interiors will be cleaned regularly with antiviral and antimicrobial solutions.
