South End’s Farmers Market

Kick off your weekend at the South End Farmers Market, happening every Saturday at Atherton Mill. Shop local produce, fresh bread, handmade pasta, and more while soaking in the lively, community vibe along the Rail Trail. Directions: From UNC Charlotte Main Station, take the Blue Line southbound and get off at East/West Station. Walk 0.2 miles to 2000-2140 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC.


Feel Better Sundays at Feel Better Yoga

All Sunday classes are just $12, making it the perfect time to reset and recharge. Start your day at 9:30am with a beginner-friendly deep stretch to release stress, then wind down at 6pm with yin or meditation for the ultimate weekly reset.
