Accessible Parking Rules

  • To use accessible parking spaces on campus, you must have both a valid University-issued permit and a disability placard or state-issued disability license plate.
  • Even with a disability placard, you must park in lots and decks assigned to your permit type, such as resident, commuter, faculty/ staff, Greek village or visitor.
  • Disability placards are registered to people, not vehicles. It is unlawful to use a placard not registered to you.

More Accessible Parking Options

Parking requires a valid permit even if you have a disability placard. This includes metered parking for visitors and guests.
