Visitor Parking
Visitor Parking Deck Locations
Visitor parking is available on specific floors of Union Deck, CRI Deck, South Village Deck, Cone Deck and East Deck 1.

How To Use Pay-on-Foot Stations
- Take a timed ticket at entrance gate.
- When returning to your car, insert the timed ticket into the pay-on-foot station and pay the amount due, indicated on the screen, or insert validated ticket. Credit card payments accepted. Ticket will be credited, allowing 10 minutes to return to vehicle and go to exit lane.
- Make sure to keep this ticket with you. Lost tickets incur a $20 fee.
Pay-on-foot station locations
For short visits, a limited number of parking spaces are available.
- Pay-on-foot stations are located at: Cone Visitor Deck, top level; Union Visitor Deck, levels 4 and 6; East Deck 1, level 1; and CRI Deck 1, levels 1 and 4.
- UNC Charlotte permits are not accepted in pay-by-space areas. You must pay the parking fee even if you purchased a UNC Charlotte parking permit.
- Parking in these areas is enforced 24/7, except when the University is closed.
Visitor Lot Locations
For short visits, a limited number of parking spaces are available in certain campus lots.
Lot 30 is located near the Cone University Center, King and Reese. Accessible parking available.
Lot 28 is located near Robinson Hall, the Johnson Band Center and Storrs. Visitors must have a disability placard or plate to park in this lot.
The Greek Village Lot surrounds Greek Village on the northeast side of campus.
Lot 25 is located on the north side of campus.
Lot 21 is located near Witherspoon and the Student Health Center.
Lot 20 is located near Witherspoon and Lynch Hall.
Lot 16 is located near Pine, Maple Elm, Oak and Klein Hall.
The Robinson Lot is located right outside of Robinson Hall.
Visitor Parking Lot Payment Info
ParkMobile parking is available in Lot 4, Lot 30, Lot 28 (ADA only), Greek Village, Lot 25, Lot 21, Lot 20, Lot 16 and Robinson Hall. Additionally, parking is enforced 24/7, except when the university is closed.

UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel and Conference Center Parking
Visitors to the Charlotte Marriott may use campus Visitor Parking, which starts at $5, or the hotel's valet service.
Where to Park
Entry is on Level 4 of the CRI Deck and visitors may park on Levels 2 through 7.
Visitors must stop at the Level 4 entry gate and take a parking ticket from the column. The ticket will print your license plate number.
Upon exiting, visitors may use the pay-on-foot stations on Levels 1 and 4 or pay at the parking column. Credit cards only, cash not accepted.
Pricing
Parking is $5 for the first hour and $2 per hour thereafter. The maximum daily rate is $15 per day or per exit (whichever occurs first).
Each entry/exit requires payment.
Lost ticket fee is $20.
Validated parking
When a department pays for visitor parking:
- Department provides a validated ticket.
- When leaving visitor parking, scan the parking ticket first and then the validated ticket. This can also be done at the Pay-on-Foot stations prior to leaving.
