Make your event a success by reserving special parking in advance.

Request Event Parking

If you’re hosting an event on campus, you will need to coordinate any special parking arrangements with Parking and Transportation Services.

Request event parking at least three business days before your event. Failure to schedule in advance may limit parking options. Event parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so act quickly!

How much does event parking cost?

Hourly event parking rates vary, depending on the needs of the group hosting the event. Factors include:

  • Location(s) being reserved
  • Start and end times
  • Staffing needs
  • Other special requests
