Spring Maintenance Shutdown
Both Blue Line and Gold Line will be closed for scheduled maintenance Saturday, April 25 to Sunday, April 26.
Bus bridges will replace all trains. Look for “Connector” signs at your station and buses displaying “Bus Bridge” on their digital signs.
South End Station Construction
CATS will begin construction for a future South End Station on Sunday, April 19. Here’s how closures will affect riders:
- Single-Track in South End (Sunday, April 19 to Friday, April 24): Blue line northbound and southbound trains will share a single track in South End. Affected stations include New Bern, East/West and Bland Street.
- Bus Bridge in South End (Monday, April 27 to Tuesday, April 28): Blue Line continues to be partially closed for maintenance and supplemented with a bus bridge. Affected stations include Scaleybark, New Bern, East/ West and Bland Street.
- Single Track at New Bern Station (Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, May 8): Blue Line trains will operate at all stations, but will share a single track at New Bern.
