Standard annual permits cost $480, do not sell out and are prorated throughout the year.

Premium permits offer access to convenient parking near central campus.
Faculty and staff premium permits include access to Faculty/Staff levels in Cone Decks 1 and 2, upper levels in Union Deck and East Deck 1.
Upperclass commuter students can purchase a premium permit that gives them access to one premium location of their choice.

CATS All-Access Pass
The CATS All-Access Pass gives you unlimited rides on Charlotte’s light rail, street cars, buses and the airport sprinter.
Enrolled students who have paid the Miscellaneous Transportation Service Charge (MTSC) automatically receive the CATS All-Access Pass.
Faculty and staff may buy the annual pass for just $75 through MyPark.
Once you have the pass, simply download the CATS Pass App and login with your @charlotte.edu email address.
