Level 0 – Standard Operating Schedule
- Permits required. Meters and visitor decks require payment.
Level 1 – Summer Semester Operating Schedule
- Permits required. Meters and visitor decks require payment.
- Standard parking rules are enforced, with exceptions:
- Lot 6A and 27 permits can upgrade within their class (faculty, staff or commuter student) for remainder of summer for $30 (no payroll deduction).
- Lot 16 becomes a standard resident lot (allowing faculty and staff to park).
Level 2 – No Classes, Offices Open
- Permits required. Meters and visitor decks require payment.
- Any valid permit is valid in any student space (includes Lot 6A, 27 and North Deck Only permits).
Level 3 – University Closed
- Permits are not required. Meters and visitor decks are free-of-charge.
- Parking is only enforced in restricted areas (reserved spaces and ADA).
Emergency Operations
University Operating Conditions are used during adverse weather conditions and other emergency siutations as defined in University Policy 701. PaTS operating levels typically align with University Operating Conditions.
