A limited number of premium parking permits are available for upperclass commuter students.
In addition to all decks and lots included in a standard commuter permit, the premium permit grants additional access to one prime location on campus.
These premium permits are limited and may sell out.
This permit type will be available for purchase for the 2026-2027 academic year beginning on Aug. 1, 2026.

A limited number of permits are available on a first-come, first-serve basis:
Permits are not valid at Center City Building unless the student is enrolled in classes there.
Premium student permits are not available for resident, first-year or second-year students.
There’s always available parking on campus. Parking near central campus fills up quickly on class days.
