Charlotte offers accessible parking and transportation options for visitors with ADA needs on home game days.

Snyder Deck (Orange)

The Orange Snyder Deck (Level 4) is Charlotte’s designated ADA parking deck for game days.

Visitors and students needing ADA parking can use Snyder Deck (Orange) on Level 4.

Visitors parking in ADA spaces may pay in advance or upon entry. Both a valid Orange Snyder ADA permit and a state-issued disability placard are required. Re-entry is not permitted.

ADA parking drop-off

Personal vehicles may drop off passengers with disabilities at the Orange Snyder Deck (Level 4) before proceeding to their permitted parking area. There is no ADA pick-up location at the stadium, but a shuttle runs between the Snyder Deck and the stadium.

ADA Football Transportation

ADA Shuttle

The ADA shuttle is available to visitors parking in Snyder Deck.

ADA Shuttle stops are located on Level 4 of the Snyder Deck (Orange) and Gate 1 of the stadium. The shuttle service operates continuously from two hours before kickoff through one hour after the game ends.

Football Shuttle

Those in non-ADA parking areas can use the Niner Transit Football Shuttle for travel across campus.

Guests who aren’t parked in Snyder Deck can take advantage of the Football Shuttle.

With stops to and from Light Rail West, South Village Deck, Football Gate 1 and more, these routes will appear on Passio GO! as brown icons. The shuttle begins operating two hours before kickoff through one hour after the game ends.
